• You can no longer send any emails directly to Bobbie Cates in purchasing to change dates or cancel a drop ship order.
• You will send a request through the Supply Chain Management portal to cancel or change the date on the drop ship line.

1. Send these requests to the SCM portal. Here’s how:

How to Access:

• Open the Intranet link located on your desktop

• In the Service Desks request field select Supply Chain Management

How to Complete your Request form:

• Subject field-
  • Help desk, line number, and related purchase order number 
• Service/Subservice-
  • Start typing Procurement (Other Request)
• Description field 
  • In the CC field: customer_service@carolina.com
• Click Send (at the bottom of the screen)
