Drop Ship Date Change or Cancelation
You can no longer send any emails directly to Bobbie Cates in purchasing to change dates or cancel a drop ship order
.
You will send a request through the Supply Chain Management portal to cancel or change the date on the drop ship line.
Send these requests to the SCM portal. Here’s how:
How to Access:
Open the Intranet link located on your desktop
In the Service Desks request field select Supply Chain Management
How to Complete your Request form:
Subject field-
Help desk, line number, and related purchase order number
Service/Subservice-
Start typing
Procurement (Other Request)
Description field
In the CC field:
customer_service@carolina.com
Click Send (at the bottom of the screen)
Username or Email Address
Password
