To submit your quote request via email. Click here for our online order submission form.

• Simply choose "Quotations & Contracts" from the drop down menu, complete the form, attach your file (if applicable), and click "Submit Form" when complete.
  • The online order submission form can also be accessed from the Contact Us link on Carolina.com and then clicking on"Email Customer Service Support Team"

• By phone, call us at 800.334.5551 (8:00 am to 6:30 pm, ET, Monday-Friday) and select option 5 for Quotes.
