Fisher Scientific Inquiries (Calls/Emails/Chats)

Did you know Fisher is one of our competitors?

Because of this, they CANNOT purchase any proprietary items; items that are exclusive to CAROLINA BIOLOGICAL. Examples: any preserved specimen in perfect solution or Carolina® kits.

Fisher will call in for many different reasons. Here are some examples:

They need to check on the status of a PO. YOU can help them.

  • They need pricing. Click on the following link: 2025 fisher adjustment schedule. To search by item number Ctrl F and enter in the item number.  The pricing is listed in Column E.  If the item is NOT on this list, then you can call 7050.
  • Provide a date for an order on hold that contains living/perishable material.
    1. Update the order, with the dates provided.
    2. Update the header with the Fisher reps name
    3. Release the order from EP hold.
  • Cancel an order. YOU can cancel the order, update the header with the Fisher reps name AND then ask the FISHER rep to email customer_service@carolina.com the cancellation request. In the subject line of the email include Fisher order DR order number(example Fisher Order DR1258969).
  • Replacement, return or refund requests, should be emailed from the Fisher rep to customer_service@carolina.com.

Did you know? Fisher can order preserved materials in formalin ONLY.

  • NO Perfect Solution
  • If a customer calls concerning an invoice that was BILLED to Fisher, please ask the customer to contact Fisher directly.
  • If a PO is NOT found in JDE, contact Duwana (7644) or Tyrah (7679) or someone on the QA team to further assist the customer.
