  1. When you are verifying the contact information on the Edit WW screen, please make sure there is a valid phone #listed.
  2. Requests for specials are initiated by the customer directly to Tech support, CPMI or by quotations to a product manager
  3. Special Drop Ship Grids include:

  • Enter in the SPEC item number with a D on the end.
  • Enter in the correct supplier # which is provided by CPMI.
  • Description 1 is mandatory and provided by CPMI or listed on the quote.
  • Description 2 is optional, but available if the item description does not fit all in Description 1 field.
  • Unit price is provided by CPMI or listed on the quote.
  • Purchase Order Unit Cost is Carolina Biological price to the supplier. DO NOT share this with the customer. CPMI would provide this information.
  • Enter in the QTY in Quantity Ordered field.
  • Requested date – todays date
  • Scheduled pick date – next business date
  • Promised ship date – provided by CPMI
