Track Shipments (General SOP)
Key order number or PO number into Sales Order screen and click
.
If a line is highlighted in blue, it has either shipped or been cancelled.
There are two ways to determine whether a shipment or cancellation occurred:
Check the Quantity Shipped and Quantity Cancelled fields in grid
If quantity field is blank the line has been cancelled. If quantity field contains a number, the line shipped.
Tracking numbers have a line type of “FD” and are listed in the “2
nd
Item Number” field and the “Description 1” fields.
When there are multiple tracking numbers, use the “View Cartons” application to see which items are on each tracking number.
Plug in the order number and click
Each item number and description is listed with its ship date, mode of transportation, quantity and tracking number.
The majority of our orders ship via FedEx and are a typically 12 digits.
At
FedEx.com
, click the Tracking dropdown at the top of the page, enter the tracking number and then click TRACK
If FedEx is not the carrier, visit
http://rcshipitpd/logistyxtrackit/tracking.aspx
to determine the carrier and track the order.
Click “Shipment Tracking”
Select Tracking Number in the “Search Field” drop down menu
Enter Tracking Number in the “Search Criteria” field
Click “Search”
Click the link under “Tracking” to go see tracking info from the carrier’s site
