1. Complete Replacement with Return or Credit with Return order.
2. On RMA application screen, plug in the RMA #. Put an * in the second box to replace the R8 or R9, then click. If you do not have the RMA #, look it up.

3. Click Row and then Create Return Label.
4. The next screen will show all data needed to generate a return label from FedEx. Known data fields are pulled into this form already. CSR can edit some of the data as needed.
5. After clicking submit, the URL field will be populated. This is confirmation that FedEx has create the label successfully. If any required data is missing, an error message appears, allowing you to update the data and resubmit.
6. Click X to exit out of this application after the label has been created.
7. Customer will then receive an email shortly after from FedEx containing the URL that was displayed in JDE. When they click the URL from the email, it will take them through the FedEx process to print out the return label.
Note: Customer can reprint unused label up to 5 days after first printed.
