  • Email any call tag requests to customer_service@carolina.com
    • Add a subject line of Help Desk Call Tag.
    • Provide the following in the body of the email:
      • Order number
      • Customer Name
      • Company Name
      • Customer Address noting whether it is residential or a school/business
      • Email Address
      • Customer Telephone number
      • Reason for the call tag
      • How many boxes will be picked up?
      • RMA
      • Hours of operation
