College/University Orders without Ship Date (Living/Perishables)

  • We must first call the end user for a ship date.
  • If you are unable to speak to someone, go ahead and key a TBN order.
  • If the customer asks us to hold the order:
    • Tell them to call 800-334-5551 or email customer_service@carolina.com and reference their PO# when they have a date for their material.
    • Then key a TBN order and add a Header Attachment in Text box 2 with the name of the person you spoke with about a ship date.
