In 2023, Carolina experienced spike in unusual customer complaints. Our supplier worked with our customers to make things right.

Our supplier has a new and improved version. Effective immediately, this new model will be used for our Carolina branded spectrophotometer. They have stock. They are shipping now.

How does this impact our customers?
