o Go to your download folder and sort Date Modified so that the newest document is on top
Open Header Attachment on Order in JDE
Click File
Drag File from Downloads folder to “Drop File Here” Box in JDE
o Wait for a few seconds for it to load (May need to drag and drop twice to stick)
Save Header Attachment
o Click in Media Object Viewer
If you get an error message in JDE, try changing the file name to the Order Number or PO Number. JDE has a limited number of characters for file names and sometimes the files as submitted exceeds that. Also, remove any periods in the file name.
