If the customer selected YES and they are on the EAST Coast, ship the kit out GRD, that day or the next day.

If the customer is NOT on the EAST Coast and transit time is more than 3 days ground, follow these steps:

1. Search or create a new billing account for the student. This fee will not bill on the SNHU acct.
2. Key a separate order for the shipping only minus $15.
3. The item # is EXPSHIPFEE
4. Call or Email the customer with the expedited shipping amount.
5. If no response within 24 hours, release the SNHU order to ship standard GRD and cancel the separate order for shipping.
6. If they agree to the expediated shipping amount, they must call in to pay for it before the kit can ship out.

You selected expedited shipping for your kit. If you would like to have this kit expedited on a 2-day delivery, the charge is $_____. If you agree to paying this amount, please call me within 24 hours at 1-800-334-5551 ext _____.

Once the expediated shipping is paid for, I can release your kit to ship out. If I do not hear back from you within 24 hours, I will release your kit to ship out standard FedEx ground.
