Adding an Additional Mailbox in Outlook
To add an additional mailbox to Outlook, such as Customer Service, you will first need to click on File within Outlook.
On the Account Information screen, click on Account Settings and select the first option.
On the Account Settings screen, click on the Change option, in the middle of that screen.
Next, on the Exchange Account screen, click on More Settings located in the bottom corner.
On the Microsoft Exchange window, click on the Advance tab to add a mailbox.
Then, click Add.
Then type Customer_Service on the Add Mailbox screen.
Click OK to finish adding the mailbox. This will take a few minutes.
Once finished, click on Cancel to go back to Outlook. The Customer Service Mailbox should be added to your Outlook menu.
