Adding an Additional Mailbox in Outlook

  • To add an additional mailbox to Outlook, such as Customer Service, you will first need to click on File within Outlook.
  • On the Account Information screen, click on Account Settings and select the first option.

  • On the Account Settings screen, click on the Change option, in the middle of that screen.

  • Next, on the Exchange Account screen, click on More Settings located in the bottom corner.

  • On the Microsoft Exchange window, click on the Advance tab to add a mailbox.

  • Then, click Add.

  • Then type Customer_Service on the Add Mailbox screen.

  • Click OK to finish adding the mailbox.  This will take a few minutes.
  • Once finished, click on Cancel to go back to Outlook. The Customer Service Mailbox should be added to your Outlook menu.
