Changing Dates on Existing Orders

  • If last status is 520, simply change the date(s) to new shipping or request date
  • If the pick ticket has printed (535 or beyond), put the order on your hold code.  Branch Plant 3 ONLY - email the Customer Service help desk (customer_service@carolina.com subject line Help Desk) and provide the order # and line number you need canceled. 
  • COPY the dept contact on that email.
  • You can rekey a new line, with the correct date or quantity as needed. 
  • Add a header with the callers name and the change  they are making.
  • Once the line is canceled, Help desk should email you back and say it is complete.
  • Last, remove the order from your hold!!
    • The Dept will receive a new pick ticket with the correct date once you key the new line.
    • Make sure you click the Binocular Button on back-order lines.
