Verify Back Order Notification

• If you receive backorder notification on the RMA screen, complete the RMA.

• Then, from the Replacement – Edit Sales Order screen you will see the item in 900 status.

• To verify if the material available and in stock or back ordered, check the Qty/Date Avail column.

Add Location Column to Grid

• On the right-hand side of your screen update your grid by clicking the pencil.

• In the Available Column field hit the letter (L) until you find the word Location.

• Click the add (highlighted above), this will bring location over to Display and Order.
• Hit the save icon located on the upper left-hand side of screen and click the blue X when done.

• Actions to Take
  • Check the Location column, if you see 

• However, if you see

• Click in the open Location field.

• Delete D…from the field and hit enter to come of the line.

• The field will change to

• Then status will automatically update from 900 to 520 and be ready to ship.
