If a student calls in having issues redeeming their voucher for a kit, please follow the guidelines below.

• First try offering to redeem the voucher for them by going to this link www.carolina.com/vouchers or click Redeem Voucher on our website.

• Enter in the voucher number.
• Then click Continue.

• Enter in the complete shipping address, and contact information for the customer.
• Review the information and than Submit the order.

• If you can complete the voucher redemption without getting a red error message, go into JDE and reference the voucher number in the PO field to make sure the request made it through properly.
• If you attempt to redeem the voucher online and you get a red error message or the voucher seems like it went through on the website but you can’t locate the order in JDE, please obtain the following information from the student and email distancelearning@carolina.com  to have the voucher redeemed manually.
  • Students First and Last name
  • Email address
  • A Valid Phone Number
  • A Valid Street Address to ship to
  • Voucher Code
