Dropship Tracking

From the CBS Menu -> Sales Order -> Enter Sales Order -> Sales Order

Enter the order number and click

Select a line in the order grid

From here there are 2 options to get to the PO Inquiry screen:
- (1) Right click on the line that you selected, Under ROW select ORDER, then RELATED PO

- (2) From the top of your menu select Row -> Order -> Related PO

On the PO Inquiry screen, select the line.

From here there are 2 options to view the tracking number from Header Attachments:
- (1) Right click on the line selected then click Attachments, then Order Attachments.

- (2) Or from the top of your menu select Row -> Attachments -> Order Attachments.

The tracking number will be listed as shown below.

After review, click the ‘X’ to return to the PO Inquiry Screen.

If the tracking information is not shown click "X"

Copy the order number listed on the grid and paste it in the top order number box.

Delete all information on Related Order line.

Click find

Another line will populate on the screen scroll over to the right and you will see the tracking information in the line Description field on your grid.

After review, click the ‘X’ to return to the Sales order screen
