Educational Data Contract (Ed Data)

  • Ed Data-if freight is not included on the PO, or is less than the freight charge in JDE, you must pre-price.
  • Always click on UFF; Ed Data customers pay freight on furniture only .
  • If the individual price of an item is lower in JDE than the price on the PO, that’s OK, don’t change it!
  • If the individual price of an item is higher in JDE than the price on the PO, email or call Quotations to see how to proceed.
  • If Quotations says the price in JDE is correct, call the customer for pricing approval.
  • If Quotations says the price on the PO is correct, adjust the JDE price to match the PO price.
  • Always read account comments and review the PO to help determine pre-pricing guidelines too.
