PLTW orders use an override address option so if you have one in Funnel stuck screen, you just click Create SO and edit that order in JDE.
Hint: If the Ship To Number/Contact ID has Override in the line, then you always just Create SO and proceed.
Click on the Processed Radio Button
Enter your order number in the Order Number field and click on the Find button
DO NOT FORGET to release from any holds that the order is on.
