EPR PLTW Funnel Procedures

PLTW orders use an override address option so if you have one in Funnel stuck screen, you just click Create SO and edit that order in JDE.

Hint: If the Ship To Number/Contact ID has Override in the line, then you always just Create SO and proceed.

  • Select Navigator > CBS Menu > Sales Order > Customer Documents > Work with Inbound Web Order
  • Click the eProcurement radio button to begin processing orders received

  • You will notice that one of the fields has the purchase order number.
  • You will need the Purchase Order number to look up the order in Suppliers Solutions.
  • In Suppliers Solutions, after you log in, click on the Orders Link on the left hand side.
  • On the Find Orders screen click- By Purchase Order
  • Paste or type the PO number in and click search
  • when the order appears, click on the number that is (highlighted in blue
  • When you click this link it will display the order information and you can verify with the school Name and Ship to:

    • Create SO button in the JDE Stuck Funnel screen.

  • Click on the Processed Radio Button

  • Enter your order number in the Order Number field and click on the Find button

  • Next, click Edit SO
  • The purchase order should match what is in Suppliers Solutions
  • Click Customer info is OK
  • Check the dates to make sure they are correct (if it is after 2pm please change the dates to the next business day). If anything is on back order, that is fine with PLTW.
  • Verify that all your information is correct then click End Order
  • The order will go on EP, SM and/or HC hold. You should not need to hit amount to pay—this is automatically done (if you see a pending amount click on amount to pay). Click Submit and Close and release it from the hold.

DO NOT FORGET to release from any holds that the order is on.
