• Go to FedEx.com
• At the top of the page click on Shipping and then select Create a Shipment

• User ID: CBSReturns
• Password: CaroBio1927!

****Make sure FedEx Ship Manager at Fedex.com is selected

• At the top, click Ship and then select Create Return Shipment

• Number 1 Return Package To is auto filled with the Judge Adams Rd address
• Number 2 Return Package From, fill in all information

• Scroll down to the number 3 Package and Shipment Details and fill in all information

***Under Return label type, select the Ground Call Tag option

*** If you have MORE THAN 1 box to pick up, change the *No of returns

***If you have MORE THAN 1 box to pick up, you will have question *Are packages identical* Select YES

***In the Weight field, enter 2

*** Pickup Instructions enter here if this is a Residential address.

• (Also, 6pm is the latest a package can be picked up)

• Number 5 Billing Details, enter in the RMA #

• Once complete, click on SHIP in number 6 Complete your Shipment
• Confirm your shipment details, then click SHIP, if you have no changes
• Copy and paste your Call Tag tracking number onto the header attachment of the replacement or credit in JDE.
