How to change billing address when using a personal credit card:

• Process the order the same as any sales order from a purchase order.
• At the end of the order click the under the Address Associated to Payment.

• On the Override Bill To Address Order screen enter the following information:
  • Customer name
  • Street Address
  • Zip Code
  • Email address

• Click the to return to the Sales Order screen.
• Then select the Credit Card option as shown below and click on .

• On the PayPal Hosting page, enter in the entire credit card number, expiration date, and card security code.
• Click on

• You will get a Transaction processed successfully message.
• Then click on the “X” to close out the tab to return to JDE. DO NOT LEAVE THIS TAB OPEN!!!

• Next, click on the shown below and you will get an approval message.

• You have now completed the credit card authorization for that order.
• Finish saving the order by clicking Submit and Close.

How to update Credit Card information

• On End Order screen, click on the.

• On the Select Credit Card screen, select the credit card the customer would like to update and click on .

• On the Add/Update Credit Card screen, add the billing address for the credit card if blank and then click on.

• On PayPal Hosting Page, you will be required to enter in the customer’s full Credit Card number, expiration date and CSC code.
• Click on Verify Card
• You will get a Transaction processed successfully message.
• Then click on the “X” to close out the tab to return to JDE. DO NOT LEAVE THIS TAB OPEN!!!

• Then click on to see changes and click the to save the information.

• Finally, select the card you made changes to and click on on the Order screen to authorize the card.

• Finish saving the order by clicking  Submit and Close

What happens if my Credit Card declines?

Ask the customer to please contact their credit card issuer to see if any information has changed or if they have a daily spending limit.

Place the order on your hold code and give the customer their order number.

They can call back once they have determined what the issue is.

Can I use a pre-paid gift card as payment for my order?

If there is not a billing address associated with the gift card, then CBS cannot process payment for the order.

Have the customer contact the card provider, (Visa, Master Card, Discover, etc), for the billing information.
