Gift Certificate Redemption
You can honor a gift certificate up to 1 month after the expiration date. After a month, please call Debra Wirbelauer for approval.
Enter “Gift Certificate” in Item Number field and enter the gift certificate value in the Unit Price field as a negative (100.00- for example).
Key description as “Gift Certificate.
Always enter a Header Attachment (Text2) with an explanation and the gift certificate number.
Any gift certificate amount that exceeds $300.00, please contact a group lead or supervisor for approval.
All gift certificate orders must be emailed to Debra W, please include order number.
