How to key Fax/Mail orders in LiveHelp

  • You will now see two new categories in LiveHelp mail and Fax orders.     
  • You will no longer use presenter for processing orders. Be sure to enter the order source as mail or fax.

  • After completing and submitting the order in JDE, enter the following information in the LiveHelp ticket: Order Number and PO Number

 

How to Search for Fax/Mail Document in LiveHelp

(You will no longer be able to search by PO number, unless the order has been processed).

  • You will receive all fax request from rightfax (rightfax@carolina.com)
  • Any attachments will be displayed as links in the next section:

  • When you open the attachment a fax number and school/company name will appear at the top. This will help you identify if the order was fax.
  • The subject line will include the customers fax number, as well as in the body of the transcript.
  •  See example below:  Sent: Thursday, April 20, 2023 3:45 PM

  • Best search methods is by fax number and/or fax date.
