1. Open the Intranet application located on your desktop

2. In the middle select Information Service

3. Request a Service

Completing the form

1. Subject – CSO Support.
2. CC – Do you need to copy anyone in Customer Service?
3. System/Service – start typing in Carolina Science.

4. Include the issue and the customer’s name, and email address. Also include the school name.

5. Click Send.
