IS helpdesk ticket to cancel Reserved by

Are you stuck in an order? Do you see a red error Reserved By?

Follow these steps to submit a ticket:

1. Open the Intranet application located on your desktop

2. In the middle select Information Service

3. Request a Service

Completing the form

  1. Subject – include the order number.
  2. CC – Do you need to copy anyone in Customer Service?
  3. System/Service – start typing in JDE and scroll down.

4. Brief description of the request/issue.

5. Click Send.
