Item Comments in JDE

  • If Item Flash Message field states ‘Comments Exists’ or ‘USF&W’:
    • Highlight line (only highlight one line at a time if there are multiple comments)
    • Click 4. Item Comments
  • Click Find or the magnifying glass
  • Info about the item will be displayed. After reviewing, Click red X.
  • Repeat steps if there is more than one item comment to check
