Living Material Orders During Summer Months

  • High schools, Middle schools or Elementary schools with a delivery or ship date requested on PO during the summer months:
    • Call school to verify delivery or ship date.
    • Add note in 2nd header attachment box with the person's name that provided approval.
    • If unable to get approval key an ‘SB’ order.
    • If you receive an order for Live Material shipping and it does not have a date, then key an 'SB' order without contacting school.
  • We do not hold College or Universities orders that have dates on them.
    • When in doubt, call the customer!
