Due to current supply conditions, the Preserved Material Dept. will no longer guarantee specific gender ratios for most specimens.
Use the following chart to determine which specimens are guaranteed/not guaranteed.
Updates to the website and item comments with this info are in the works as well.
For those specimens that the department cannot guarantee, the request will still be submitted on the order in JDE, and the department will do their best to fulfill the request.
At the time of processing the order, the CSR will notify the customer via phone or email.
State that “Due to current supply conditions, Carolina cannot guarantee the requested gender ratio for (provide the item number & description).” If emailing, provide our 800 number and customer_service@carolina.com as the contact information should the customer have questions, concerns, or a change to request.
CSR should add a header attachment, in the 2nd text box, with who they spoke with/emailed, date and initial.
