Quote to Order Conversion (Checking for Duplicates)
When converting a quote to order
You will receive one duplicate order notice on the Blanket Order Revisions screen
This is because at the outset of converting the quote, the information in the PO field comes over exactly as Quotations entered it. JDE interprets this as a duplicate.
Ignore this initial duplicate warning.
When to Check for a Duplicate
After entering the PO number in the Customer PO field there are two possibilities
Nothing happens
No need to check for a duplicate
The Customer PO field border turns yellow and a 2nd duplicate warning ribbon appears (see example below)
