Return Shipping & RMA Process For All Returns:

  • Advise customer to repackage the material in the original packaging if possible.
  • Instruct customer to write their RMA # on the outside of the box.

Return for Credit or Replacement w/ Prepaid Return Shipping Label:

  • Reason for return must lie with Carolina or the shipper (broken item, defective item, duplicate order, damaged in transit, etc.).
  • We will issue prepaid return labels via email directly from FedEx.
  • Customer should receive return label in email within 1 hour of processing.
  • Advise customer to check their spam folder if the email isn’t found in their inbox.

Return for Credit or Replacement w/ Customer Paying Shipping

  • Reason for return must lie with the customer (ordered wrong item, ordered too many, didn’t want item, etc.).
  • It is company policy that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Direct them to send the material back via the carrier of their choosing and to keep a record of the carrier’s tracking number.
  • Provide the customer with the appropriate return address.
