Search Job Aids in LiveHelp

  • To access Job Aids in LiveHelp, click the Knowledge Lookup link

Search by Keyword

To perform a basic keyword (or phrase) search across all categories, type in your keyword and click:

Search by Category

To search by category, simply chose the category from the drop down menu and then click  

  • The number of articles per category is show in parenthesis

Combined Keyword & Category Search

  • To search for all articles with a specific keyword/phrase within one category:
    • Type your keyword or phrase in the Keyword field and select your category from the Category drop down menu.
    • Click Basic search.

Document Preview and Selection

  • Once you have entered your search criteria using one of the methods above, a preview of all documents related to your search will be displayed
  • Click on the blue link for the document you wish to preview
  • A preview window will appear in which you can scan the entire document.
  • If the document is the one you need, click the document title link to launch the Job Aid in a new window.
  • If the document is not the one you need, simply click and choose another article from your original search or try a new search.
