To share consistent information with customers who complain, question, or comment on price increases, we have developed the following statement:

“Tariffs have driven up our costs significantly. We apologize for the price increases. We are absorbing some of the impact to help teachers but are forced to pass most of it along.”

Please do not initiate conversations around pricing but use this statement as a guide for what to say if customers do.
