Tax Exemption Changes to Existing Accounts

If a customer requests Tax Exemption status on an existing taxable account:

  • Provide the customer with their Ship To Number.
  • Instruct the customer to reference their Ship To Number when forwarding their Tax Exemption Certificate.
  • Copies of the tax certificate can be emailed to (tax.info@carolina.com), (brenda.pleasants@carolina.com) or faxed to the attention of Brenda Pleasants, at 336-538-6326.
