Who do you call for Tech Support or Rush Pick tickets

  • Go to Sales Order-Manage Existing Order and click the
  • Enter 1 in the Customer Number field
  • Click Customer info is OK
  • Enter in your item number and come off the line
  • What BP did your item default to?
  • Items from BP 2 (with no perishables) CPMI tech support questions go to ext 4388 or product@carolina.com.
  • If you need a rush pick ticket, contact Rodney Brooks at ext 7841 (ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12 NOON, SHIPPING OUT THE SAME DAY)
  • Exception: Tech support for MICROSCOPES (item starts with 59) – contact Mike King at 6290 or email Mike.King@carolina.com.
  • Exception: Tech support for Distance Learning (item starts with 58) contact DL at 3535 or email distancelearning@carolina.com
  • If you need a rush pick ticket (look at the Dept field) and contact the following:
    • Dept 100, 230, 235, 800 – George Isley at 6304 (cell 336-214-2788)
    • Dept 120, 240, 300, 430 – Kim Townsend at 6336 / Gina Poole at 4346
    • Dept 170, 290 – Belinda Barrett at 6320 (cell 336-214-6734)

  1.  Any changes to drop shipments (D line type) should be directed through the Supply Chain Management portal.
