Q: Why can't I return my kit?

A: Carolina Distance Learning science kits are specially designed to meet individual course requirements. The kits are produced to meet specific learning objectives as prescribed by the college or university and are not returnable.

 

Q: How do I order my kit?

A: Distance Learning kits can be ordered a few different ways.

  • By Phone: You can call us at 1-866-332-4478 and place an order over the phone.
  • By Bookstore: If they are offered, you can purchase a voucher from your bookstore, and redeem that voucher for your kit on our website - https://www.carolina.com/voucher/redeem.jsp.
  • By Web: You can order your kit online from the weblink provided by your instructor, if they offer that as an option.

 

Q: How do I redeem my voucher?

A: Distance Learning kit vouchers can be redeemed by going to our website - https://www.carolina.com/voucher/redeem.jsp.

 

Q: How do I check the status of my kit order?

A: When your kit order is placed, our system automatically sends a confirmation email to the email address provided with your order number. Our system also automatically sends an email including your order tracking number once the kit ships. You can also call us at 1-866-332-4478 to track your order.

 

Q: I got the confirmation of my order and my address is listed wrong, or I forgot my apartment/room number, how can I fix that?
